In this web, we have the honor of briefly presenting to you the main activities of our company HYPERSTAVEBNINY CZ, a.s. Our company specializes in real estate investments and projects, and activities associated with preparation, realization and subsequent operation. Most projects are executed via independent subsidiaries (SPV), which own the respective real estate after the project is completed. Following the project completion, the objective is a long-term lease or operation with our direct control over operation, economy and marketing. In many cases, we execute projects in cooperation with business partners, whose interests in investing in real estate are identical to ours. We offer our facilities, experience and opportunities in the field to those clients who already own real estate or land and are interested in improving the project potential and economy. We are ready to jointly execute projects in the area of real estate and financing in the form of long-term, respectable and fair partnership.
